FAQ
Both techniques create hair-like strokes, but they use different methods. Microblading creates the strokes manually, while Nano Brows uses a digital machine to create fine, precise strokes. The best option depends on your natural brows, skin characteristics, previous work, and the result you want to achieve.
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup, but the pigment gradually fades over time. How long the results remain visible varies from person to person and can be influenced by factors such as skin characteristics, lifestyle, aftercare, and pigment retention.
A touch-up may be recommended depending on how the brows heal and retain pigment after the initial procedure. Once the healing process is complete, the result can be evaluated to determine whether an additional session is recommended.
Microblading may be a good option if you want to enhance your brows with defined, hair-like strokes while maintaining a natural appearance. During a consultation, we can evaluate your natural brows, skin characteristics, previous permanent makeup, and desired result to recommend the most appropriate technique for you.
Possibly, but previous permanent makeup needs to be evaluated before we can recommend a new procedure. The existing color, saturation, shape, and condition of the pigment can affect what can be done. If you have previous work, we may ask you to send photos or schedule a consultation so we can evaluate your brows. In some cases, removal may be recommended before proceeding with a new brow procedure.
Our touch-up services and touch-up pricing are reserved for clients whose initial procedure was performed at Nanibrows. Work done by another artist or studio is considered previous permanent makeup and needs to be evaluated before we can recommend how to proceed. We may ask you to send photos or schedule a consultation to evaluate the existing work. Depending on the condition of the previous pigment, we can recommend a new procedure or, when necessary, removal before proceeding.
During the first few weeks, your brows will go through normal color changes as they heal. They may initially appear a little darker and then gradually become lighter as the skin recovers. The healing process takes approximately four weeks. During this time, the color will gradually settle, and once the healing process is complete, we can better appreciate the final tone and overall result.
