Booking & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

When rescheduled within this timeframe, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

In this case, the deposit will be forfeited.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
