These guidelines may vary depending on the service. Please review the section that applies to your treatment.

All Services

General

Before Your Appointment

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup in the treatment area.
  • Contact us before booking if you have any concerns or conditions.
PMU Only

Permanent Makeup (PMU)

Preparation

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Do not schedule Botox, facials, or skin treatments in the area at least 2 weeks before or after.
  • Avoid retinol, acids, and strong exfoliants in the days prior.
  • If you have previous work done by another artist, send photos before booking.

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Uncontrolled diabetes.
  • Accutane use within the last 12 months.
  • Prescribed blood thinners.
  • Infections, open wounds, or irritation in the area.
  • Uncontrolled autoimmune conditions.

If any apply, a consultation is recommended before booking.

Expected Results

  • Pigment may appear darker initially and soften during healing.
  • Results vary depending on skin type and lifestyle.
  • A touch-up may be required.
  • Perfect symmetry is not guaranteed.
Lamination & Lift

Brow Lamination & Lash Lift

Preparation

  • Avoid retinol and strong skincare products 48 hours before.
  • Arrive with clean brows/lashes and no makeup.
  • Remove contact lenses before the service.

Contraindications

  • Eye infections, irritation, or inflammation.
  • Cuts, wounds, or skin conditions in the area.
  • Recent eye surgery.
  • Known allergies to cosmetic or lifting products.

Some conditions like pregnancy or sensitive skin may require consultation before booking.

Aftercare

  • Keep the area dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid heat, steam, and sweating.
  • Do not rub or apply pressure to the area.
